This course emphasises the practical skill of public speaking, including techniques to lessen speaker anxiety, and the use of visual aids to enhance speaker presentations. This module goal is to prepare you for success in public speaking situations and to provide you with the basic principles of organisation and research required for effective speeches.

SCHEDULE:

• Schedules on request.
• 2 hours per day for 5 days or 2 hours per week for 5 weeks.

CONTENT: Key concepts, getting rid of fear, planning the presentation, preparing for presenting, delivering the presentation, powerful presenting language, special speaking situations, self-evaluation.

At the end of the course, you should be able to demonstrate confidence and feel comfortable presenting to large-scale audiences, gain support for their vision and persuade others to put your ideas into action, offer a simple yet powerful presentation formula that keeps your audience focused and engaged, use powerful language patterns that move people to action and increase the influence and persuasion of the message, develop a unique presenting style using own personality, natural traits and talents.
