3D Landscape Modeler

Job description / Role

We are seeking a talented 3D Landscape Modeler to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually stunning and accurate 3D landscape models for various engineering projects. This role requires a strong understanding of landscape design, 3D modeling software, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed 3D landscape models based on project requirements and specifications
- Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to ensure accuracy and quality of the models
- Incorporate feedback and make revisions to the models as needed
- Research and stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in 3D modeling and landscape design
- Ensure that the 3D models meet the project deadlines and quality standards

Requirements

Candidate should be able to bring landscape and urban projects to life, suitable candidate should have professional experience in Architectural rendering and presentation for Landscape & infrastructure projects with the below skills:
- Experience in 3D modeling (exterior) using SketchUp, Rhino, or 3ds Max etc. (at least one);
- Proficiency in CAD 2D/3D drawing works – preparing detailed drawings for Landscape;
- Expertise in rendering with Lumion, Enscape, D5, or similar software (at least one);
- Skills in post-production and presentation of rendered plan layout & sections etc. using Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. (at least one).
- Proven experience as a 3D modeler or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing landscape modeling projects
- Solid understanding of landscape design principles, including terrain, vegetation, and natural elements
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to create realistic and visually appealing 3D models
