AC Technician

Job description / Role

• Work with cooling systems to ensure proper installation, maintenance and repair.
• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioner.
• Ventilate equipment and controls making sure they operate efficiently and continuously.
• Performs regular maintenance work on cooling units.
• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions.

Requirements

• Installing, replacing, or repairing equipment that has been damaged.
• Making adjustment and do calibrations of thermostatic controls.
• Installing new air-conditioning systems and equipment.
• Plans and designs of new air-conditioning systems including their installation and maintenance.
• Must have experience in ductable, package, split unit repair, trouble shooting, and unit installation
