Academic Support Services Assistant (Temporary)

Job description / Role

Objectives: Provide cross function technical and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of all learning and development programmes.

Main responsibilities:
• Support programme management and coordination
• Support activities related to maintaining accreditation and licensing with external bodies.
• Create and maintain spreadsheets/databases.
• Ensure adherence to quality assurance processes
• Support and update participant attendance records
• Support the reproduction process of all programme materials within specified timeframes.
• Maintain an up-to-date hard and soft copy filing system
• Adhere to the company’s confidentiality policy
• Maintain sufficient office supplies.
• Source travel and accommodation solutions and make bookings.

Duration: 3 Months Service Contract with a possibility of extension
Desired start date: Immediately
Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday 7:30 am to 2:30 pm
Gross monthly base salary: 8500 AED - 12500 AED depending on candidate's qualifications and experience.

Salary:
AED 8,500 to 12,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• Candidate must support his/her own visa
• Advanced language skills in both spoken and written Arabic and English.
• Strong administration skills.
• A high level of proficiency with MS Office including word and excel is essential.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic, a calm demeanour, attention to detail and strong organizational ability.
