Role: Account and Admin Officer
Job Location: Abu Dhabi

The Account/Admin Role is responsible for providing administrative and accounting support to ensure the smooth operation of the organization.

Basic Financial planning and analysis support:
• Monthly Forecast. Updating the forecast database and files
• Support in 2025 to 2029 Budget - data collection- building the projected cash flow and balance sheet from the P&L.
• Monthly Variance analysis: Actual & Budget & Forecast by cost centre.

Admin and office management support
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships to ensure the office runs efficiently.
• Meetings rooms booking.
• Delivery of IT equipment and services received and issue Delivery note.
• Parking registration for new joiners.
• Tracking of undelivered items.
• Receive supplies and assign them to the correct division.
• Parking registration and keeping log.
• Follow up with Facility Management team for the office’s maintenance.
• Direct and supervise the Office boys and cleaning services company.

Procurement
• Collecting Data for suppliers’ registration in the system.
• Raising Purchase Request on behalf of the team and follow up on system’s workflow approvals.
• Share POs with suppliers and connect them with Finance Account Payable team.
• Follow up on supplier payments.
• Follow up with the Intercompany recharges on collections.
• Inventory tracking of IT assets, Pantry suppliers and stationery.
• Follow up with suppliers on providing Tax invoices and price quotations.

Requirements

Ideal candidate will have:
• 3-4 years of relevant experience.
• Organizational skills and proficiency in MS Dynamics are essential.
• Should be proficient in excel: vlook up, sum if, pivot table.
• Excellent Communication skills
