A lovely role for a customer service focused individual who enjoys working in an environment that is friendly, energetic and places huge value on the needs of the client. The role is office based and very team orientated.
The company specialises in providing support to companies and individuals relocating to the Middle East region and through professionalism, unique contacts, and a partnership approach to their clients’ businesses, they have become a market leader in the region.
You will liaise with other staff members effectively, to complete the assigned tasks and build strong relationships across a wide base of clients and business associates. You will manage several key accounts for large international organisations and be able to actively assist clients with all their requirements and enquiries swiftly and effectively, keeping the database up to date and completing reports and administration in a timely manner. At any one time you will manage multiple clients so exemplary organisation skills are a must for this role. You will deal with landlords regarding lease problems, medical institutions to arrange medical packages and schools to enroll children new to the area as well as provide relevant information regarding living and working in Dubai.
We are looking for an individual who is diplomatic, customer driven and can deal with stressful situations at times. It is imperative that you have lived for a minimum of two years in Dubai and know the city and infrastructure well, to ensure enquiries are managed effectively and efficiently. Additionally, due to the diverse nationalities that our client represents, they are seeking only those candidates who speak English to a native standard.
The role is currently split between the office and working from home and the company envisages that this will continue for the foreseeable future.
