Job description / Role
NTS Group is working with one of the regions most reputed clients within the media sector, on a number of exciting roles. They are currently looking to appoint an Arabic speaking Account Manager, to be based at their attractive offices, in the heart of Dubai.
As an account manager, you would work closely with the Account Director to craft and oversee communication strategies for Multi National clients across the region as well as manage their digital campaign executions and mentor the account executives.
In addition to this, you will be involved in planning digital strategy, deeply understanding brand insights, customer segmentation and target needs, coordinate with suppliers and agency department to ensure deadlines are met, attend client meetings on a monthly basis to align overall strategy and present and develop your team members (in the way of coaching, training and identifying areas for growth).
In addition, you will develop and grow media buying skills to direct the media planning team ensuring the most effective use of the clients budget is used to achieve maximum results.
To be successful, you will be an Arabic speaker who thrives off working in a fun, creative and fast moving environment. You will be comfortable given a certain level of autonomy to work independently and come across as energetic, curious and optimistic in your working approach.
For this role, you will need to be a very strong communicator, able to handle pressure and long working hours when needed and be a team player able to contribute as part of a team. You will also be highly adaptable, passionate about digital media marketing and changing technology.
You will need to have previous experience of working within a digital agency either as an Account Manager or senior Account Executive with a minimum of 4-6 years experience. This role is offering a salary of up to AED 18,000 (+ Benefits).
