Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

As an Account Manager you would be responsible for managing client portfolios and all related operational excellence across the assigned customer account portfolio. Overall, you are expected to actively contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the business, with a focus supporting the Head of Department to drive team effort aligned to the mission, vision and strategy of the Group.

The main responsibilities include:

• Leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring assigned accounts needs and expectations are met.
• Developing a trusted advisor relationship with Key Accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors, and be the lead point of contact for any issues.
• Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions in line with the individual client plans, and communicate clearly the progress of monthly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
• Commercial and Financial contract renewals in advance of contract expiry, ensure all terms are implemented with price increases where possible. Manage client payments in line with the commercial agreement.
• Ensuring smooth transition of any deployment to a client, ensuring system updates, client acceptance and matching pay scales and charge out rates within the contract. Ensure the staff allocated are suitable for the roles required by understanding the client’s needs.
• Forecasting and track key account metrics; managing the time and attendance and customer invoicing. Ensure timely receipt of T&A and Invoices and review absenteeism levels to identify and action areas for improvement. Manage the P&L of all contracts to maximize revenue and contribution through cost management and effective processes.
• Delivery of Scorecards in line with group and business unit budgets and expectations.
• Managing costs through effective approval processes and lean methodology. Ensure Operations teams are mindful of cost savings and promote cost efficiency through inventory management.
• Leading the operations team effectively through regular communication and coaching/mentoring where required. Identify potential successors and facilitate training where relevant.
• Conducting regular client reporting and adapt documentation to the needs of the client. Be proactive in information sharing with the client and operations team.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• Hospitality Background
• At least 5 years of experience in Account Management or any similar role.
• Excellent English communication skills
