Our client is recruiting a young, hungry and dynamic individual to take up the role of an Account Manager. This position will spearhead business development and account management in the Middle East region. A highly exciting opportunity to join a growing multinational as they expand in the Middle East region.
Our client is a provider of market data & business intelligence to the global commodities industry across different verticals
As Account Manager for the Middle East reporting to the Head of Sales with a dotted line to the Vice President, you will have the following responsibilities:
• Identify and map out growth opportunities in your geographic scope of coverage
• Nurture key accounts, maintaining and establish solid client relations for long term success
• Liaise with the leadership team to discover new segments of the regional market to target and define long term goals
• Understand needs of the client's business to customise solutions based on their objectives and strategy through a consultative approach
• Willingness to travel within the region for business development purposes
Requirements
• 3-5 years' full time work experience in a sales/business development capacity
• Track record of selling and networking within multiple industries like oil & gas, power sector, financial services/institutions or utilities
• Strong commercial, business acumen and understanding of changing business climate
• Fluency in Arabic will be preferable (but not mandatory)
