Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Prepare Monthly accounting reports.
• Liaise with HR manager and prepare payroll for the Company
• Settle payments against invoices and follow up with customers as needed
• Prepare relevant documents needed to process transactions in accordance with company policies and ensure all documents are archived.
• Assist the finance manager and team on a need basis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in BA or any related field.
• 2 -3 years of accounting Experience.

Knowledge in:
• MS office
• Outlook
• Documentation and filing
• ERP system

Skills/Abilities:
• Excellent organization skills
• Accurate
• Multi-tasking
