Position Title: Accountant
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 8K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
One of the investment companies in Abu Dhabi
Job Description:
• Perform and produce monthly management accounts, cash flow forecasts and other schedules, including budget versus actual analysis by workday.
• Assist with and coordinate the completion of year end audits for the allocated portfolio/tasks in conjunction with the audit firm appointed.
• Prepare timely monthly/quarterly VAT returns.
• Automate all the manual processes in SAP.
• Prepare month-end bank reconciliation statement and ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Filipino nationals
• Male/Female, 38 years old and below
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy; CA, ACCA and CPA professional qualification is a must
• Minimum 5 years of total experience, preferably 3 years of which is from leading audit firms and the remaining experience is from real estate industry
• Advance excel and SAP business experience is a must
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
