About the Client:

Job Description:
• Maintain all aspects of company payroll, banking, post all customer invoices and payments into on-line accounting system, maintain statement of accounts, generate, and distribute cash forecasting reports, prepare for tax and/or financial audits, prepare VAT tax returns and liaise with external accounting firms
• Provide Finance support to management and employees regarding payroll and VAT and assisting and liaising
• Prepare regularly scheduled reports such as weekly Customer SoA, weekly Cashflow, monthly Revenue Forecast, etc.
• Submit and reconcile expense reports and follow up on invoice receivables
• Prepare and monitor invoices and purchase orders and other admin task
• Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and the landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
• Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease
• Maintain computer and manual filing systems, Order office supplies
• Provide HR support to outsource PRO, Management and Employees regarding onboarding, visas, and dismissals as per the UAE Labour Law
• Provide support to Business Development when necessary
• Assist in ISO Audits
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Filipino nationals
• Female, 40 years old and below
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or any related field
• At least 2 years of UAE experience in the same role
• Well-versed in Xero accounting software and MS Office Suite with good administrative skills
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
