Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Tally user friendly.
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
• Comply with financial policies and regulations.
• Booking purchases to Tally and keeping manual recording in excel.
• Preparing Cheque Payments.
• Preparing VAT return.
• Preparing monthly & quarterly reports from Tally.
• Handling petty cash expenses.
• Bank reconciliation.
• Keeping tracking of all purchase transactions.
• Ensure timely bank payments.
• Periodical request of bank statements from various bank.
• Preparing bank account opening forms.
• Keeping track of various bank balances.
• Maintaining scanning & filling of records (soft copy & hard copy).
• Act as support to the Senior/Managing Accountants.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of work experience as an Accountant.
• Hands-on experience with Tally accounting software is a must.
• Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables.
• Good verbal and written English communication.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.
• Experience with general ledger functions.
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
• Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance or relevant degree.
• Real Estate/ Developer experience is an added advantage.
