Job description / Role
Accountant for an IT Company in Dubai - Female
Leading IT and AV company based in Dubai is looking for a female Accountant with experience in handling Sales Orders, Invoices, Receipts, Purchase orders, Pay Roll, Financial reports etc.
- Ensure all filing is done in a timely and accurate manner.
- Reconciling the suppliers’ statement ready for payment.
- Ensuring all suppliers’ accounts are settled within our terms.
- Dealing with suppliers’ queries.
- Dealing with the company’s credit control, chasing debts, ensuring all customers’ accounts are settled within our terms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accountancy, MBA in Finance is preferred.
Required Skills:
- Advanced Skills and Experience in Microsoft Excel like Advanced formulas, conditional formatting, charting, pivots, etc.
- Pay Attention to details
- Well Organized
- Good Follow up Skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Multi-Tasking and planning
- Flexible with good interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills and professional in writing emails and reports.
- Cash Management
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable (Invoicing, processing of payments, reconciliations.
- Managing Payroll, Annual Leave & EOSB calculation.
- Comprehensive knowledge of import/export regulations and documentation.
- Treasury (All banks related transaction, Cash Flow management)
- Demonstrates ability to proactively work independently
