Accounting Manager - BPO

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Accounting Manager professional who can drive business growth while ensuring the effective management of the business process outsourcing (BPO) vertical. The ideal candidate should have an understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards/US GAAP and must have practical experience for at least 3 to 4 years.

Job Description:

Business Development:
- Implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expand the client base.
- Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.

Supervision:
- Ensure the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of BPO vertical.
- Follow up on the service delivery by the teams and ensure that all relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Turn Around Time (TAT) are met.
- Prepare and review reports and reconciliations.
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, collaborating with the team.

Client Relationship Management:
- Collaborate with clients to address any inquiries and provide support.
- Work closely with the management team to enhance the company's value proposition.

Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in business development relating to accounting work and procedures and other areas relating to BPO. Prepare detailed process flow charts and suggest improvement opportunities.
- Liaise with the IT team for potential IT solutions to automate processes.
- Implement best practices

Requirements

Qualifications and Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance. CPA, CA or MBA shall be preferred.
- 3-4 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, demonstrating progressive responsibility.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written), with the ability to present financial information in a clear and understandable manner.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Zoho, QuickBooks etc.) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards addressing challenges.

Salary and Benefits:
- AED 10,000 to 12,000 per month.
