Accounts Executive

Job description / Role

This role will be to assist the Real Estate accounting team and taking care of the day to day accounting & administration work.

• Day to day accounting and book keeping entries in Tally for Real Estate.
• Monitoring & accounting fixed assets in the properties
• Monitoring & maintaining Renewals data of the properties.
• Following up with the tenants for the receivables in case the postdated cheques are not received on time
• Monitoring and disbursal of petty cash to staff/vendors after proper scrutinizing/verification of the expenses incurred.
• Payment of utility bills (DEWA/Etisalat/SEWA) before the due date.
• Visiting the properties/sites at regular intervals to check/verify the status of the renovation works and report the same to the reporting manager.
• Overseeing & coordinating the maintenance requests received from the tenants and timely completion of the same.
• Coordinating with various government departments and Public Relations Officers for the renewal of lease agreements and Ejari.
• Coordinating with various Real Estate Management companies and making sure that all payments are received on time as per the rental agreements

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• Should be a male candidate with 3-4 years of Real Estate Accounting experience a must.
• Real Estate experience a must
• Experience in Tally ERP or other ERP solutions is a must
• Working knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel & Word.
• Should have good communication skills in English (both oral & writing).
• Should be holding a valid UAE Driving License
• An out of the box thinker & a trust worthy person
• Should be able to maintain confidentiality always
