Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated person to take care of the day-day tasks and keep eye on the big picture.

The Candidate:
• He should be based in Dubai, and has experience not less than 3 years in construction industry and or design filed.
• The person also will support the sales team whenever is required and answer the customers queries, and in some cases will attend meeting whenever is required.

Salary:
AED 4,000 to 7,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Yearly bonus as per the company standard policy. Mobile phone, calling/data package provided by the company

Requirements

Skills and knowledge required.
• The person must have excellent time management skills and be able to multitask.
• Patient, organization skills and a can-do attitude are important.
• Should also have excellent computer skills.

Also important to have:
• 3+ years of clerical experience
• Knowledge of specific software programs includes outlook, excel, quickbooks.
• Experience in data processing, bookkeeping,
• Ability to work independently,
• Organized and professional demeanor,
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English,
• Experience maintaining and prioritizing a manager’s calendar,
