Job description / Role
Objectives: Manage administration department.
Reporting to: Managing Director
Subordinates: Secretary department, admin staff
Other interactions: finance department
Number required: 1
Duration: Permanent
Main responsibilities:
- Applying visas in Jafza/Dubai/Sharjah
- Maintaining, planning and coordinating staff requirements
- Handling insurance requirements, claims, settlements
- Purchases printed materials and forms by obtaining requirements; negotiating price, quality, and delivery; approving invoices.
- Managing transport, driver requirements and schedules
- Maintaining staff leave salary, airfare, etc
Desired start date: 10th July
Probation: 6 months
Working Hours: Saturday-Thursday 9-5pm
Gross monthly base salary: AED 4,000-7,000

Requirements
Required experience of minimum 4 years in a similar position.
Skills required: Management skills, good communication skills, & fast paced. Planning & organization, monitoring employee requirements and coordination skills. Easy to get along with and requires to be well versed in English.
