Based in the DIFC, our client continues to grow rapidly and their engagement in the region is significantly increasing. As such an exciting opportunity now exists for an Administrative Assistant to join the team, providing back-office support. This role reports to Corporate Affairs and supports a large team, including consultants, traders, and Executive Assistants.
The responsibilities of the role, include managing expense reporting, diary management and adhoc travel support to the Executive Assistants when required. There will be individual project work and research involved and candidates must posses excellent Excel and PowerPoint ability. There will be support to other offices globally and interaction with internal and external stakeholders. It is essential that candidates speak fluent English, and Arabic would be considered advantageous. This role has the capacity to develop and grow with promotion opportunity for the right candidate.
