Administration Manager - Automotive Real Estate - Al Futtaim Group Real Estate
The responsibilities for this role is to support the operations of the Automotive Real Estate Department by planning, organising and managing the administrative processes and in addition, preparing the annual budget and monitoring monthly expenses, in order to contribute to the Department’s efforts in accomplishing related results.
This role will involve planning, financial analysis and reporting in addition to administrative tasks.
This role will report to the Managing Director – Automotive Real Estate and will be based out of Festival City, Dubai.
Requirements
We are looking for a Diploma holder or suitably qualified person with knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 Internal Audit process.
The person should have 7-10 years of experience in administration of a large sized company in UAE.
Somebody with good command over English with an adaptable attitude and attention to detail would be a good fit.
