Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

On Behalf an European Manufactring Company, BWP is urgently recruiting an Administration Sales & Customer Service professional to join the existing Branch located in Jebel Ali Free Zone.

Responsibilities:
- Contacts and relations with the headquarter to obtain information on time, goods deliveries, pricing, billing
- Management of the customer in terms of correspondence, invoicing, various issues related to the activities of commercial support
- Secretarial Activity in terms of phone management, appointments, calendar sales, field technical sales records storage (salesman support)
- Reply to sales query over the phone
- Customer service related tasks
- Occasionally travel to Head Office (Europe)
- Acquisition, track and monitoring of orders until delivery to the customer
- Report to the production & logistic about eventual increase or decrease of orders
- Weekly, monthly and yearly verification of purchase performance of all customers vs the planned orders
- Management of customer web portals to download documents (invoices, contracts, procedures etc. etc.) and dispatch the Advice Shipment Notification
- Verification of debit / credit note and their information recovery to be forwarded to other departments (quality, supply chain or sales)
- Update of sales price lists in customers data and contract clauses, in agreement with the Manager;
- Monthly check of customer rating and dispatch of dispute claims

Requirements

- Bachelor degree with preference in Business Administration
- Business fluent in English/Arabic written and verbal
- Well experienced in administration/sales support process
- Knowledge in ERP system (JDE desirable)
- Strong knowledge about sales support, processes
- Professional usage of Microsoft Office applications
- Self-reliance, initiative and commitment
- Ability to travel and willingness to work with team
- Strong interpersonal & organizational skills
