Job description / Role
Admin
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Manage the calendar of the managing director
• Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, email, memos, contracts and letters to clients and partners
• Organize and maintain company files and client database
• Oversee office maintenance
• Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
• Book travel arrangements
• Prepare the airway bill for shipments
• Facilitate health insurance application of new employees, renewals, processing claims for reimbursement
• Assist the Managing Director and senior managers with business related transactions
Marketing
• Oversees all the marketing campaigns
• Prepare monthly marketing report and expenses – magazine, newspaper, billboard and social media
Accounts Assistant
• Facilitate deposits/ transfers at the bank
• Assist on sending bank transfer requests and follow up with bank relationship managers.
• Prepare and release cheque payments for the suppliers
• Maintain records and filling cheque disbursements
Human Resources
• Manage the recruitment needs of the company
Salary:
AED
8,000 to 10,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
The candidate must be:
• Filipino lady, 24-35 years old
• Has experience in administrative work
• Presentable
• Smart, with critical and analytical thinking
• Fast learner
• Pro-active – always has initiative
• Organized and detail oriented
• Fluent in English - both written and oral
• Can multi-task and work with minimum supervision
• Knows how to write business letters, press releases, copy write
• Good in coordination with different suppliers - inquiries, follow ups, updates
• Can professionally handle clients - responding by phone and emails
• Should be interested in Social Media
• With experience in marketing and PR is an advantage
