Administrative Operations Manager

Job description / Role

An exciting opportunity exists within an international consultancy for an Administrative Operations Manager to join their team in Abu Dhabi.

The successful individual will lead the business support team including administrators, receptionist, drivers and PRO and be responsible for managing all office functions, maintenance and logistics. You will provide support to the Finance Manager in relation to credit control and banking, work closely with the PRO to manage immigration matters and coordinate all insurance policies, lease agreements and licensing matters.

Requirements

To be considered for this role you should have a relevant degree and 10+ years´ experience, 5 of which should be at managerial level. Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory as well as impeccable communication skills, strong government authority relationships and a proven ability to forge successful business relationships.
