- Awareness of basic concepts in organizing and managing meetings
- Knowledge of key steps and requirements in coordinating committee work in context of postgraduate specialty education
- Skills in handling logistics and communication protocols for meetings
- Competency in taking and recording minutes of committee meetings
- Effective information and communication technology skills
- Report writing skills including relevant statistical analysis and software management
- Effective communication and coordination skills
- Effective interpersonal and teamwork skills

- Bachelor's degree in related fields
