Employment: Full Time

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ensure that all new employees are registered as part of the company personnel insurance benefit program as prescribed by the Company Policy immediately after receiving request from the PRL Dept., or the Business Unit/Corporate HC Dept.. Accordingly, all insurance cards are dispatched to the employees on a timely basis (i.e., Max. within 3 working days). Similarly, all inactive employees are removed from the program immediately after receiving request from the PRL Dept., or the Business Unit/Corporate HC Dept. Accordingly, a written confirmation of insurance(s) cancellation to be collected from insurance providers and to be filed along with other supporting.
- Ensure that all employees' ESRs for medical deductible amounts are registered, checked and approved within 3 working days from the receipt date. Also, make sure that all medical reimbursement claims are submitted to the insurance company within 2 working days from the receipt date after checking all supporting documents in accordance with insurance claims procedure of insurance providers.
- Ensure that all reimbursement claims are settled by the insurance providers within the time frame (i.e., within 2 weeks for local claims & within 4 weeks for International claims) from the date of submission and any delays to be informed to the employee on a timely manner. Also, any rejections of claims should be informed to the employee with the reason/justification.
- All customer requests should be answered within 60 seconds and the same should be closed within a maximum of 3 working days
- Make sure that all actions taken within the agreed time frame and NO reminders are received from any of our customers.
