Job description / Role
Our Client is leading semi-govt company based out in Dubai is looking for Fresh Graduates for their office admin work, job details is mentioned below for your reference:
• Maintaining files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
• Sorting and distributing incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
• Answering the phone to take messages or redirecting calls to appropriate colleagues
• Utilize office appliances such as photocopier, printers etc. and computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation etc.
Requirements
• Fresh Graduate
• Must be having good knowledge of MS-Word, Excel and MS office
• Must be UAE National
• Assist in office management and organization procedures
• Perform other office duties as assigned
• Candidate should have knowledge of basic Computer work.
