Aftersales Electrical Engineer (Automotive Industry)

Job description / Role

As Aftersales electrical Engineer your key role will be visiting site for commissioning / trouble shooting activities for customers / distributors.

- Provide technical support to customers and assist with product installation and maintenance.
- Conduct product testing and evaluation to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in vehicles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare technical documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct training sessions for internal staff and external customers on electrical systems and troubleshooting.
- Technical support to distributors, respond to technical inquiries by email or calls and resolve issues.
- Assist in the development of new products and modifications to existing products.

Requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the automotive industry, with a focus on electrical systems.
- Knowledge of automotive electrical systems and components.
- Experience with automotive diagnostic tools and software.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
