Agile Project Manager

Job description / Role

- Manage project plans in line with the agreed approach, team structures and implementation schedules
- Manage risks, issues and dependencies that may impact one or more projects. High early and create mitigation plans as required
- Thought leadership in structuring and creating/compiling steering committee decks, owning executive level updates, etc., aligned with the IT Business Partners
- Managing project delivery for waterfall, agile and hybrid projects across the entire project lifecycle – Initiation, planning, execution / realization, testing, go live and support
- Recommend optimized usage of tools/process improvements to aid overall team productivity
- Reuse templates across projects and identify accelerators to ensure smooth and quick execution of subsequent projects
- Creating and managing activity-level project plans

Salary:
AED 30,000 to 35,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Qualification:

- At least 5 years of relevant work experience with expertise in Agile Management
- Manage wide and multiple projects
- Candidates who can join immediately would be preferred.
- Prepare, monitor and track activity & milestone-based project plans
- Drive collaboration and co-ordination
