Alumni Relations Specialist

Job description / Role

Our client a Global top tier professional services organisation is looking for an Alumni Relations Specialist to join their HR and People team, under career services and Alumni support.

Responsibilities:
• Create, coordinate and implement a variety of Alumni program initiatives, this will include Alumni communications with both internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare and publish job leads towards target population on the internal job boards
• Maintain high levels of data integrity ensuring databases are kept up to date
• Supervise and actively participate in Alumni events management, tracking participants, building relationships with vendors
• Create and manage communications, newsletters, invitations and social media delivery to ensure proper coordination throughout the ME

Salary:
AED 18,000 to 22,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Requirements:
• Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience preferably in a Professional Services organisation within the HR function
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluency in English is a must and Arabic will be a plus
• Ability to perform successfully in a fast paced, intellectually intense service orientated environment
• Ability to understand and manage complex reporting relationships and incorporate multiple cultures
• Highly analytical and data driven with excellent Excel capabilities
