Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Qualifications:
• Time Management of technicians, Customer satisfaction, Maintaining accurate reporting.
• Communication Skills.
• Control Technicians.
• Should have computer skills (ERP, Microsoft office, etc.…)
• Reporting skills.
• Documentation.
• 2 to 4 years’ experience in AMC / Service Coordinator.
• Attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills required.
• Strong aptitude for developing systems of organization.
• Excellent time management skills and able to multi-task.
• Ability to work as part of an international team and independently.
• Excellent sense of urgency and responsiveness

Salary:
AED 3,000 to 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience preferably in a relevant field.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamic or similar ERP system
• Trading experience preferred.
• Decision Making, Conflict resolution.
• Team Player with good Communication Skills.
• Attention to detail
