About the Job
Develops and implements a comprehensive and robust framework to facilitate the achievement of excellent process management and in-class business services for Retail Operations across all ADD service stations.
Responsible to compile, review and analyse the information/ details provided by SAMs across all service station to provide feedback to management and recommend process improvements.

Key Accountabilities
- Recommends quality and performance management initiatives aimed at optimizing business operations. Reviews the site visit details submitted by SAMs and studies to identify potential areas for improvements.
- Recommends and participates in the design of business solutions and work practices enhancements.
- Undertakes continuous reviews on process management and service quality. Identifies performance shortfalls and triggers remedial action in coordination with stakeholders. Re-align efforts to assure optimal business objectives and targets are met.
- Assists in managing the reporting process within the Retail Operations Function. Assist in reporting to the corporate Performance Management unit, reviewing performance progress and reports, and following-up on approved implementation plans.
- Drives monthly retail operations performance reports by gathering input from different users on monthly basis, ensuring timeliness and quality, and interacting closely with requisite stakeholders to understand underlying business drivers and have them accurately reflected.
- Supports in preparing required reports to external authorities such as audit, in coordination with focal points.
- Monitors systems performance to identify systems bottlenecks and malfunctions. Recommend the areas of system development or improvement.
- Provides advise for technical application improvements, including during the solution design process of application systems and in analysing the impact of new recommended packages, applications, etc.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar
- At least 6 years' of experience in Management Reporting in an organisation with large scale operational activities.
- Strong experience in Microsoft applications (PowerPoint/Excel/Word)
- Good knowledge of the ERP system.
