Analyst - Employee Service Centre

What you'll deliver
- You'll be responsible for managing and responding to employee queries, ensuring that a solution is given, in line with Dubai Airports policies and procedures
- You'll liaise with other HR functions to manage employee requests
- You'll ensure a high level of customer service is delivered to employees at all times
- You'll continually work to develop HR processes and procedures based on employee feedback and concerns
Requirements
What you bring
- You'll be educated to a Degree Level in a relevant field
- You should have at least 3 years' experience in the field of HR
- Advanced computer literacy
- Fluent level of English
