Job description / Role
Damac's Finance Share Service is looking for the following Analyst
This requirement is to mainly support the below areas;
• Transformation Initiatives Implementation Support
• Manage Change including Coaching
• Stakeholder Management & Sign off
• Training Material Preparation & Delivery
• Improvement Areas Discovery Sessions Management
• Escalations & Issue Resolutions affecting Finance Processes
• Stabilization of Finance Shared Services roll out
Requirements
• 4-8 years of experience
• Finance Qualification or Experience or Exposure
• Change Management
• Process Mapping, Improvement
• Lean Six Sigma, Digitization and Automation is optional
• Share Services Experience is optional
• Project & Stakeholder Management
• Good communication a must
