Job description / Role
· Ensure delivery in Training with 100% effectiveness & SLA adherence.
· Responsible for effective knowledge transfer to ensure enhanced performance in operations with improved customer experience
· Customize content for maximizing efficiency &optimizing cost
· Refresher Training Management
· Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience
· Design and implement training courses and plans& ensure 100% effectiveness in knowledge transfer end to end
· Delivering class training or manage Knowledge transfer through multiple or any medium(ILT / ELearning/ Simulations Etc.)
· Decipher TNI appropriate to the section & deliver training in the most suitable methodology - the end to end lifecycle till ROI
· Take responsibility of floor performance & BQT.
· Support and follow up with operations on required training and performance improvement plans.
· Manage Product updates
