Job description / Role
Client is a Social networking website into sports based in Europe. Launching its middle east operations my client is looking for an Android / Senior Android Developer to be based in Dubai.
Duration: Permanent
Desired start date: As soon as possible
Main responsibilities:
- Maintain a good standard of coding and leaving code better than you found it.
- Ability to perform effectively to tight deadlines, work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Open, honest and direct, is comfortable in giving and receiving constructive feedback
- Delivering across the entire app life cycle – concept, design, build, deploy, test, release to Google Play and support working directly with other developers and product managers to conceptualise, build, test and release the product
- Gather requirements around functionality and translate those requirements into elegant functional solutions
- Work to build the user interface as close as possible to the designers vision
Gross monthly base salary: Up to AED 25 K per month (Tax free)

- RxJava
- Dagger2
- Mockito, jUnit4, Roboelectric and espresso
- Retrofit
- Analytics (Mixpanel or similar)
- Ads (Facebook Ads or similar)
- CI (Jenkins, Circle or similar) and Git
