Animator /Party Host - Level Kids

Job description / Role

The Animator is responsible for delivering an outstanding guest experience to all customers and using appropriate sales techniques and product knowledge to reach the sales targets. He/she will be responsible for all instore animations, birthdays events and being a focal point of contact for all instore services (classes)

Main Responsibilities
- Secure bookings for a set number of birthdays / year and deliver the full birthday party / schedule.
- Deliver a set of animations / activities at the store daily in line with the campaigns / retail marketing calendar
- Secure registrations to Classes & other activities instore

Customer Data Capture instore
- Cost Efficiency: negotiate bulk orders, recycle / reuse material across several activities, work within the allocated budgets and profit margins.

Guest Experience
- Build and maintain guest experience standards in order to build strong loyalty
- Communicate with customers to assess and satisfy their needs, and meet or exceed their expectations.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organization skills
- Outgoing bubbly personality, ability to animate in store when needed
- Minimum of 2 years’ prior experience working with children and parents in a role such as; Party host/ animator/ nursery teacher / play area leader etc.
- Flexible schedule required as may work weekends when needed, 6 days a week
- Arabic speaking skills preferable

Licenses / Certifications:
- First Aid certification preferable
- Infant/Child certification preferable
