Application Developer

Job description / Role

Requirements Analysis:

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand the requirements and objectives of the gold-related app.
• Analyze and document functional and non-functional requirements.

Design and Architecture:

• Design the overall architecture of the gold app, considering scalability, security, and performance.
• Create wireframes and mockups for the user interface and user experience (UI/UX) design.

Development:

• Write, test, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code for the gold app.
• Implement features and functionalities based on the project requirements.
• Integrate third-party APIs or services if needed.

Database Management:

• Design and implement the database structure for storing relevant data related to gold transactions, prices, or user information.
• Ensure data integrity and security.

Security:

• Implement security measures to protect sensitive information related to gold transactions and user data.
• Regularly update and patch software to address security vulnerabilities.

Testing:

• Conduct thorough testing of the gold app to identify and fix bugs or issues.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and system testing to ensure the app's reliability.

Optimization:

• Optimize the performance of the app to ensure fast response times and smooth user experience.
• Identify and address bottlenecks in the code or architecture.

Documentation:

• Create and maintain technical documentation for the gold app, including code documentation and system architecture documentation.
• Provide documentation for end-users if applicable.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and quality assurance (QA) testers.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment with project goals.

Maintenance and Support:

• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the gold app.
• Address and resolve issues reported by users.
• Stay informed about industry trends and updates that may affect the app.

Compliance:

• Ensure that the gold app complies with relevant laws and regulations, especially those related to financial transactions.

Salary:
AED 4,000 to 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• Must have Bachelors degree in IT
• Proven Mobile App Development Experience:
• Demonstrated experience as an Mobile App Developer with a track record of successful mobile application projects
• Should be ready to start immediately
• Must have experience with MT 4 and MT 5 integration
