Arabic Call Center Agent up to 5k Aed for a Dental Clinic in Dubai
• Position: call center agent
• Salary: up to 5,000 AED full package depending on experience and qualifications
• Hiring company: dental clinic
• Location: Dubai, UAE
• Availability: can join immediately (max 1 month)
• Employment type: full time
Candidate profile:
• Open to Arabic nationals
• Male/female, 30 years old and below
Education/experience required:
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree
• At least 1-2 years of experience as customer service / call center agent preferably from the healthcare industry
Job description:
• Handling patients, referral sources, and administrative department inquires
• Communicating with insurance companies and/or prior authorization requests
• Entering patient information into a customer information system
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and assisting them with issues/concerns related to their health
• Introducing promotions and cross-selling products
• Developing the knowledge of customer needs and trends to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
Skills required:
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English language
• Excellent customer service skills
