Employment: Full Time

On behalf of our client a Customer Experience and Relationship Management agency that is based in Dubai we are looking to recruit an Arabic speaking Customer Service Ambassador. The role plays a pivotal role in maintaining client satisfaction and loyalty by providing exceptional services and acts as the direct liaison between the client and the customer service center.

Salary:
AED 10000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

The successful candidate must be a resident of the UAE, display strong project management skills, have proven experience managing client relationships especially sensitive issues, be degree educated with 3-5 years client customer service experience within the premium/luxury sector.
