Arabic/European Fnb Operations Manager Up To 25k Aed For A Major Holding Company Within Uae

• Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of all the outlets and drives the F&B brands in the developmental and financial success across the market. Manage all F&B operations to deliver an excellent guest experience. Maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
• Review and develop an annual budget and business plan for each revenue outlets; takes corrective action as necessary to help assure that budget goals are attained
• Develops, implements and improves all processes and procedures to continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the department. Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures
• Coordinates with Kitchen Managers and FOH management the development of menus, POS systems, service procedures and standards of operation development, and trainings.
• Recruits, trains, motivates and evaluates Team to ensure that the department has the necessary skill base and that staff are motivated and enabled to maximize their potential and contribution to the company.
• Oversees day-to-day operations, ensuring the quality and standards are meeting the expectations of the customers on a daily basis. Takes proactive approaches when dealing with guest concerns

Requirements

• Open to ARABIC and EUROPEAN candidates
• Male/Female, 35 y/o and below
• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Restaurant or any relevant field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience of proven track record of driving F&B operations
• Ability to manage F&B day-to-day operations within budget and to the highest standards
• Maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
• Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures
• Knowledge of industry-related trainings and procedures
• Can handle multiple restaurants of Casual or Fine-dining
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Can start immediately (1-month max)
• Work location: UAE

Salary up to 25,000 AED depending on experience and qualifications
