Job description / Role
This role is an opportunity for an Arabic speaking EA to work in a vibrant, multinational and fast moving organisation.
Supporting one of the top EVP's in the company, you will be responsible for providing effective and efficient support to him and the wider department.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Office Coordination
- Diary management
- Meeting preparation
- Project support
- Acting as a gatekeeper face to face as well as via the phone and email
- Managing petty cash
- Typing in English and Arabic
- Some translation of official documents
Requirements
At least 5 years administrational experience, with 2 spent supporting senior management
Fluent written, read and spoken Arabic and English
Ability to understand and communicate in classical Arabic
Understanding of etiquette within governmental and official circles
A team player with a friendly demeanour
