Job description / Role
• Provide training and support for reception staff
• Maintain training plans
• Attend relevant client and company meetings
• Meeting room bookings and preparation of events
• Collate reports
• Liaise with facilities and building managers on maintenance
• Organise weekly rotas
• Manage fleet team (around 30)
• Deal with correspondence (emails & calls)
Requirements
• Arabic fluency (essential) Russian (advantageous)
• 5 years + UAE experience
• Ability to adapt to different working environments and client needs
• Excellent customer focused skills
• Previous reception management experience
• Proficient IT skills
• Flexible and dedicated attitude
