Job description / Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our landscaping team in UAE-Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design and development of landscaping projects, ensuring the highest quality standards and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the design and development of landscaping projects from concept to completion.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop innovative design solutions.
- Prepare and present design proposals, including detailed drawings, 3D models, and project specifications.
- Oversee the implementation of landscaping projects, ensuring adherence to design guidelines, budget, and timeline.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior architects and design team members.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and materials in the landscaping industry and incorporate them into project designs.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and environmental standards in all landscaping projects.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Landscape Architecture.
- Proven experience as a Senior Architect in the landscaping industry, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
- Must have proficiency in industry-specific software such as SketchUp, Lumion,
- In-depth knowledge of landscaping principles, plant materials, irrigation systems, and hardscape construction techniques.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality and sustainable design solutions.
- Familiarity with local building regulations, environmental standards, and permitting processes in UAE-Abu Dhabi.
- Professional certification or licensure as an architect or landscape architect is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
