Architect - Leading Firm in Dubai
Guildhall has partnered with a leading international architecture firm to establish a team of site architects. This team will be put in place in order to improve coordination and performance of the contractors and engineering management companies on site.
The role requires candidates to be able to perform the following:
- Coordination and site leadership experience.
- Front end design work and planning
- Client, Contractor and Stakeholder Liaison
- Coordinate interfaces and provide continuity across programme.
- Using computer-aided design (CAD) software (2D and 3D, sketchup, Rendering, Photoshop)
- Interpret the strategic brief into project specific design briefs.
- Be consistent in approach to design, establishing deliverables by project stage.
- Review Consultants detailed design programmes.
- Review design team structure and resource against project and milestone requirements.
Requirements
- GCC experience 5-8 years is essential.
- Expert knowledge for architectural detailing.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- RIBA or AIA registered architects will have a priority.
- Strong Portfolio is a must.
