Job description / Role
US Design practice who have an established business in Dubai and are growing with an exciting range of projects.
Highrise, Healthcare, Mixed use, Hospitality and Urban Planning/Masterplan schemes, they have a wide range of projects around the region with team collaboration with US offices.
Currently they require a Project Manager to be based in Dubai, however travel into Doha for delivery of mixed use build, masterplan projects which incorporate rail lines and rail stations.
This will involve managing the design produced by the US offices and the design delivery of the project, managing client relations and sub consultant/contract relationships.
Requirements
This professional will have minimum 15 years post graduation experience, of a Degree in Architecture with experience on masterplan projects in the Middle East.
Rail interface experience required.
Experience dealing with clients, managing client relationships to produce successful project results and managing teams executing expert technical and construction.
Experience working in international design consultancies is required.
