Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Responsible for overseeing all operations of company’s “Quick Service Restaurants” included in his area. Ensure that all branches of the company in a the specific district meets projected revenues and sales estimates. Conducts audits and inspect stores, recruit employees, conduct meetings, train and coach staff, create reports, and recommend changes regarding to store procedures and activities. Ensure that all stores provide efficient and effective service and exceed customer expectations.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities;
• Act as a liaison between the headquarters and the area’s branches by making regular visits and interacting with management
• Be in charge of operational practices making sure that each branch runs smoothly and meets projected revenues and sales estimates
• Coordinate with, report and make recommendations to senior management in order to grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
• Ensure that each branch delivers value and excellence to the clients
• Cultivate and grow a strong team of committed branch managers that will maintain profit margins and implement business plan
• Ensure that all projects are executed profitably and in compliance to standardized business practices
• Apply innovative approaches and techniques to keep updated with competition
• Responsible for the operations of the restaurants allocated including, stock, products, staff and equipment.
• Ensure high standards of customer service are met and in accordance to brand policy.
• Directly manage, co-ordinate and actively participate in the activities of Store Managers.
• Actively train all new crew members in all aspects of operations to provide a multi-skilled team.
• Support the Restaurant managers by assisting in planning and checking work schedules including shift staffing.
• Accurately deliver cash, budgeting and target reports to senior management on a monthly/weekly basis.
• Provide continuous training and support to all staff to improve staff development.
• Manage, and co-ordinate in conjunction with the operations manager, new stores from acquisition to opening, influencing in design layout, completion schedules, and compliance standards relating to the business to meet agreed plans.
• Liaise with store managers to plan the delivery of management targets, sales, costs, standards and evaluations.
• Oversee the teams and assist with achieving the set profit and loss targets.
• Assist the brand manager with the development of stores, reporting on staff policies and the recruitment of new crew members.
• Supervise stock control, ordering and wastage to improve smarter buying and selling to reduce costs.
• Ensure the provision of the maintenance and security of restaurants, including all company assets contained within the unit.
• Directly deal and support staff with customer issues in line with Company standards.
• Monitor the standards of the food, service and hygiene, evaluate and plan for improvement.
• Recognize market trends and initiate creative restaurant marketing and promotions when applicable.

Requirements

• College Diploma in Hotel Management / Business studies/administration/management, or equivalent.
• 3-5 years’ experience in multi-unit management in restaurants/ fast food business in the UAE

Skills:
• Excellent leadership and people management skills with thorough business awareness. Professional, confident and presentable manner.
• Sales and target orientated.
• Good organization and prioritizing skills.
• Communication and good time management skills, marketing creativity, negotiation skills; and attention to detail are required.
• Computer literacy and reporting writing skills essential.
