About the Client:
Modern and trendy carhop concept burger joint in UAE.
Job Description:
• Assist the Operations Manager for all aspects of the day-to-day running of the restaurants including, Sales, Customer Service, Quality Control, Operations, Staff Development, training, and Human Resources
• Ensure all restaurant HR paperwork is kept up to date and review all service contracts for restaurant services and get competitive rates.
• Sign off on all restaurant schedules and timesheets and assist in month end inventory
• Maintain Warehouse stocks to ensure packaging always available
• Assist in all new store openings and review daily store operations, is the ‘Store-in-Charge’ leading by example and following all policies and procedures
• Identify any cleaning & hygiene issues within the restaurant
Requirements
Qualifications:
• 45 y/o and below
• Bachelor’s Degree or any related certificate
• At least 7 years’ experience in F&B industry with 2 years’ experience in the same role
• Proven experience as Area Manager for multiple outlets
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
