Job description / Role
Position Responsibilities & Eligibility Criteria:
- Lead performance of 4-6 clubs
- To meet the requirements both commercially and operationally of the assigned clubs
- To mentor and develop ACGM/CGM to meet monthly, quarterly, annual budgets
- Operating with excellence to execute club operations & team management
- Liaise with all departments to maximize opportunities for club growth & success
- Must have an exceptional PnL understanding & have the ability to meet business performance KPI's
- Must be inspiring and show courageous & bold leadership
- Must demonstrate customer centricity evidence of strategies that have been implemented & executed with positive results
- Demonstrate exceptional brand & operations standard
- Demonstrate the ability to influence staff to change their behavior & to drive high levels of performance
- Track record of developing & nurturing high performing teams
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skill
- 10 years of experience in running health club operations
