Area Sales Manager - Abu Dhabi

- Manage all sales activities for achieving the preset sales targets of B2B – PC within the assigned territory and play a team player’s role for achieving KPME total PC sales target.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales volume targets, NSP, GC and DSO.

Requirements

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieve the KPI’s and the sale budget.
- Handle all sales activities of key accounts, negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with Regional sales manager.
- Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly sales.
- Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in PC segment.
- Provides quarterly results assessments of sales performance.
- Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
- Manage and follow all sales policies, practices and procedures.
- Collaborates with Regional sales manager to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines.
- Interprets short- and long-term effects on sales strategies in operating profit and DSO.
- Collaborate with Regional sales manager to establish and control budgets for sales promotion and trade show expenses.
- Reviews expenses and recommends economies.
- Provide a detailed monthly report to the RSM and update all information of the prospective projects.
- Keep all customer contact and address in the CRM system complete and up to date.
- Manage the relation with consultants, Ministries and key clients.
- Arrange with state seminars and attendance in exhibitions.
