Job description / Role

• To achieve gross profit growth achievement.
• To achieve unit Sales target.
• To maintain good Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
• To ensure data is accurately captured on Opportunity Management System. (OMS).
• To monitor sales reports.
• To achieve set target.
• To monitor improvement action initiated Vs. completed.
• To assist external and internal Auditors with their requirements.
• To design yearly business plan.
• To organize marketing activities.
• To review staff annual performance.
• To visits all showrooms within the area.
• To coordinate with training department for staff training
Requirements
To be considered for this role:
• Presentable, dynamic, assertive and able to work under pressure
• Leadership skills (plan, organise, Direct and implement) and able to lead and motivate a large sales team
• 3-5 years’ experience in the same industry in UAE or GCC, selling large sales volume/ model line up.
• Fluent in English (spoken & Written), Arabic language is a must
